It's our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY 

for our TEMPE THURSDAY show!

Held at MADCAP THEATER 730 S. Mill Ave 

(at intersection of S. Mill Ave and Seventh St)

Doors open at 8pm SHARP

Show starts promptly at 8:30pm ! We go until 11pm

Here's your lineup for JULY 29!
We invite you to blow off some steam and hang with us at P.F. Chang's in Tempe at S. Mill & University from 5:30-7pm while we eat, drink, and make merry wishing Black Pearl's host and founder, Ed Mabrey a happy birthday.


Then at 8pm the doors open for BLACK PEARL POETRY tonite!
Come on in, bring your friends, sign up for the OPEN MIC to share you jokes, your poems, your songs, your rhymes, whatever you like!


We kick the show off at 8:30 (if not sooner tonight hint hint) and we plan on stopping things a bit early tonight to have some fun for Ed's birthday (bring your dollars and gifts!) and for YOU!


The one and only DJ CATALYST will be spinning live on the wheels of steel tonight and we will offer our first ever POETRY and RHYME CIPHER! A true pass the mic over beats show your stuff or have some fun being silly type moment tonight. This happens AFTER the OPEN MIC.
Then Ed Mabrey is going to teach everyone a new dance (????)
And we will let DJ CATALYST groove the night away while YOU get a chance to hit the stage, dance, mix, mingle, get to know someone, wish Ed a happy birthday, and have a great time!


The cost? As always, only FIVE DOLLARS.
